Clothing Care Guide

• Machine wash at 30°C max. (delicate cycle)
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Iron at a low temperature (110°C max.)
• Do not dry clean

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you ordered. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase.

Returns

We operate a 14-day return policy. You therefore have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it :

• unworn and unused
• with its labels intact,
• in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions for sending your package.

Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items or errors on our part, in which case the costs will be covered in full by IVIES.
