The delivery times provided are indicative. IVIES cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs or any event beyond our control.
The risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

All content on our Services — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, designs and trademarks — is protected by applicable laws and belongs to IVIES Sàrl or its partners.
Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

IVIES declines all responsibility for their use.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the technical infrastructure.
However, IVIES Sàrl remains solely responsible for sales made via ivies.co.uk. Shopify does not intervene in the contractual relationship between you and IVIES.
