At IVIES, we do everything we can to guarantee fast, reliable delivery at the best price. Below you will find details regarding our delivery areas, fees, delivery times, and instructions in case of any problems.

1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Costs

We currently only deliver to Switzerland.

Zone 1 – Switzerland

• Standard delivery: CHF 8.–
• Express delivery: CHF 10.–
• Free delivery on orders over CHF 99.–
• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days

Extension of upcoming deliveries
We are currently working on setting up delivery within the European Union and internationally. These options will be available soon.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery times indicated above are in addition to the preparation time.

3. Order tracking

Each shipment has a tracking number , which is sent by email as soon as it is dispatched.

4. Incorrect or undeliverable address

In order for preparation and delivery times to be met, the customer must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including name, surname, address, postal code and city.

In case of an incorrect address or returned package, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

5. Damaged or non-compliant package

Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the IVIES products received conform to their order and that the package is sealed and undamaged.

If this is not the case, the customer must absolutely, at the time of delivery:

• Refuse the package, which will then be returned directly to the sender;
• Note any damage to the carrier's delivery slip;
• File a claim with the carrier in parallel.

6. Taxes & Customs

Currently, no customs duties apply to deliveries made in Switzerland.

When setting up international delivery, orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to customs fees, local VAT or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
